A delicate grape-like liqueur from tea grown in Darjeeling, India in the foothills of the Himalayas at elevations of 1,000 to 6,000 feet. A complex aroma with a clear, brisk, and penetrating flavor. All of Ashbys Darjeeling's are second flush, picked from May until the end of July from the Risheehat garden.
