In response to ongoing and overwhelming inquiries by consumers, Coffee Masters, Inc. created The Cafe Connection as their retail division. Coffee Masters' first loyalty is to their retailer customers. However, many of it's retailers are either too far away or out of stock on the product that inquiring customers are looking for. Since Coffee Masters' ultimate goal is to win the approval of consumers, it was important to us to alleviate this frustration by setting up a retail division. Cafe Connection sells almost every product sold by Coffee Masters, at full retail price. All sales are done via the internet.
To give you some history of Coffee Masters, it began with two people who discovered their passion for specialty coffee as retailers in 1979. The opportunity and desire to begin roasting came in 1985 with the investment in a small roaster and 13 bags of green coffee. After learning the intricacies of roasting and establishing a growing reputation for the finest specialty whole bean coffee, the founders of the Company expanded their efforts to marketing and packaging their coffee, tea and cocoa products. The company sells their product to thousands of specialty gourmet retailers and upscale department stores.
