If the items in your cart totals $75 or more, your order ships FREE! All orders placed on The Cafe Connection ship UPS Economy unless otherwise specified. UPS Economy takes 7-10 business days and is the cheapest way to ship. Other options include UPS Ground and UPS Second Day Air. We do not ship to PO Box numbers. Orders can also be picked up, if you are located in and around the surrounding area. All pick up orders must be given up to 5 days for the order to be created and ready. Please call us to confirm the day you are picking up to insure your order is ready.
Products found on our store are subject to return. Specialty coffees, teas and cocoas are made to order, and are non refundable, unless damaged during shipping. Please contact us if you feel your product is damaged for more assistance. If your product is damaged during shipping, please make sure you mark this damaged when received. Gift packs, gift items, Torani, Big Train and David Rio are subject to returns. Please contact us for information on how to receive an RMA and to find out our re-stocking fees. After 30 days, no refunds will be accepted.
